Brokerage Fees

TD Waterhouse Institutional Services (TDWIS) charges a standard commission rate for electronic trade orders. This includes all buy/sell orders of Canadian and U.S. securities.

WDS periodically negotiates for better than standard rates for its clients' orders. So brokerage charges may be subject to change.

Please note:
WDS clients do not pay the customary custodian fee for TDWIS account administration services.

Other administration and transfer fees

TDWIS charges its standard rates for its other account management services.

TDWIS waives its annual administration fees for registered accounts, such as Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSP), Registered Education Savings Plans (RESP) and Tax Free Savings Accounts (TFSA).
